Alongside a variety of training, we seek to provide opportunities for you to connect with other people involved in college student ministry, to learn from one another, pray together and receive input from the Fusion Team both in the US and Europe.

Prep for College Training
We believe churches, youth pastors and parents can help high schoolers graduate school well and be sent intentionally to college, full of faith and ready to thrive. Let us help you send them off to college prepared and encouraged so that their young adult years begin with the best possible foundation.
Small Groups Training
Fusion’s history has always had a relentless focus on student-led missional small groups. We’d love to help you train your college students to plant, lead and grow small groups that are on fire with the love of God and love of neighbor.
Mission & Evangelism Training
We are passionate about college student mission and jump at the chance to activate students in sharing their faith in Jesus. We have lots of resources, experience and ways of doing this, so let’s chat about what would work best in your context. Customized teaching & equipping
As our name suggests, Fusion works best by bringing people together. The team has a lot of preaching, teaching, coaching and mentoring experience but we also believe in connecting people and churches to one another for mutual learning and strengthening.
